ESTABLISHMENT OF THE COMPANY

Decission of istablishing Govand company was a result of few years of experience in construction fields Iraq economic situation during the block-ade was so bad, and Company’s activities was constrained by working as sub-con-tractor for NGOs and some other company.

Activities :

Trading: Supply of stationaries and office furnitures and accessories ( importing from Iran & Turkey) ; for press printing centers and NGOs.
Construction: Buildings for private sectors.

REGIONAL CORPORATE BUSINESS GROWTH

After 2003 war, construction field in Iraq witnessed a treade boom especially in Kurdistan region.

Activities :

Construction: Accomplishing several private projects and governments projects
Trading: Supply to the local market with several materials (cosmetic from USA, tiles from Iran & Spain, press perinting paper from China)

INNOVATION BORN ARCHITECTURE

This is the stage of reborn. We involved in many industries with our creative team. from trading, telecommunication, and consturction.

Activities :

K-Span System and play yards are a few most reputable projects of this stage.
Telecomunication: under the name of Spacetel, we established a branch of company that specialized in installation of telecomunication sites for private companies

Focusing on telecommunication Starting and Fiber Optic Cable Line Implementation.

AFTER 2010, we started to work for the public sectors to establish our reputation to expan in the area.

Construction : During this stage the company covered and worked to build many colleges and private builidng. it was our honor to work with one of themost reputable energy company in the area.

Becoming the company that took the risk during financial crises to build one of the larest residential complex.

In 2013 and with appearence of the early signs of financial crisis in IRAQ and the enterance of ISIS, we decided to continue in providing or services.

Electric: Excuting street lightening project and supply electric generator (Imported from Lebanon and Turkey) for private sectors.
Construction : building residential compounds in Sulaimaniyah and its surrounding.Supplying oficial Military Uniforms.
Being the first company In the area to implement Fiber Optic Cable line by using micro trenching technic.
